18+ Mental Health Group
Who is this group for?
Any man or woman who is 18 or older in need of mental health support. Some areas this group will focus on will be: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, PTSD, and ADHD. We will work on building support systems, the importance of self care, learning coping skills, boundary setting and more.
When is this group meeting?
This is an ongoing group, which means you can join at any time. We meet virtually on Mondays from 10:00am to 11:00am.
Who is leading the group?
Tori Gee is leading this group. She is experienced with group therapy and passionate about mental health. She is excited to offer support to those who may be struggling.
Will I be asked to talk?
This group is enriched by the experience and support of its members. You can join in on the discussion as you feel comfortable doing so.
How do I get in?
You will need to register for a 10 minute consult by clicking the orange button below. Select Tori Gee when the options come up. She will conduct your consult and tell you how to access the group.
How much does this cost?
The self pay cost of the group is $50 per session. We do take most insurances, including Medicaid and Medicare. Many insurances cover group therapy at 100%.
