Maternal Mental Health Group (Ongoing)
Who is the group for?
Any expectant or post partum mother in need of mental health support.
When is the group meeting?
This is an ongoing group, which means you can join at any time. We meet virtually on Mondays from 12:00 to 1:00pm.
Who is leading the group?
Brittany Douglas and Tori Gee are co-leading this group. They are both passionate about maternal mental health and are excited to offer support to those who may be struggling.
Will I be asked to talk?
This group is enriched by the experience and support of its members. You can join in on the discussion as you feel comfortable doing so.
How do I get in?
You will need to register for a 10 minute consult by clicking the orange button below. Select Brittany Douglas when the options come up. She will conduct your consult and tell you how to access the group.
How much does this cost?
The self pay cost of the group is $50 per session. We do take most insurances, including Medicaid and Medicare. Many insurances cover group therapy at 100%.
